EULA - End User License Agreement

Puzzelate(TM) License Agreement

Product (C) Copyright Notice: The PuzzelateTM software, the artwork, the music
and voice tracks (collectively refered to as 'Puzzelate' from here on) are
copyrighted by Squirrely Productions ('Squirrely'). Use of this software is subject
to the terms and conditions set forth in this License Agreement below. Installation
and Use of Puzzelate constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions on
your part.
1. Squirrely grants you a non-exclusive license to use the demo version of Puzzelate.
2. Once you have legally purchased a copy of "Puzzelate" you have the non-
exclusive license to use Puzzelate for yourself on up to 2 computers provided only
one person at a time uses Puzzelate.
3. The artwork, music and voice tracks can not be used outside of running the
Puzzelate software. Specifically the artwork, music and voice tracks can not be
used on a website, CD or published any other way, except for the purpose of
reviewing Puzzelate so long as the review references the Puzzelate website
http://www.puzzelate.com/
4. Decompilation, disassembling, reverse engineering or any and all modifications
of the software in any form are prohibited.
5. Squirrely makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, including but not
limited to any implied warranties and merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose, regarding Puzzelate and makes such software available solely on an "as-
is" basis.
6. In no event shall Squirrely be liable to anyone for special, collateral, incidental, or
consequential damages in connection with or arising out of purchase or use of
Puzzelate. The sole and exclusive liability to Squirrely, regardless of the form of
action, shall not exceed the purchase price of Puzzelate.
7. This agreement represents the only agreement between the user of the Puzzelate
software and Squirrely.
8. This License agreement is governed by the laws and subject to the jurisdiction of
the state of California, USA.
9. Should any part of this agreement be invalid the remaining terms and conditions
will stay in effect.
